NEW SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE

Narrowsburg, NY    2014

This single family residence was designed as a contemporary approach to the traditional building form.  Because of the steep site, ICF walls were used as both foundation walls and First Floor walls for a very energy efficient structure. The roof was framed with attic trusses to add additional living space and the cantilevered deck adds to the indoor - outdoor living experience.
